Research Areas
The research of Edgar Weippl focuses on fundamental and applied research on blockchain and distributed ledger technologies and security of production systems engineering. He will continue supporting SBA Research as Research Director; the integration with the University of Vienna will help to strengthen security and privacy research in the region of Vienna, opening many new opportunities.
